CORPORATE SPONSORS
There will be a maximum of 25 boats available to be sponsored by your company. The boat, chosen by draw, will be dressed with your corporate logo with temporary signage. The Pro, VIP and assistant will wear you corporate clothing while on and off the water. If you require clothing for this event please contact our offi ce for assistance.

The corporate sponsor will have banners and signage at weigh in site within the grounds at the Great Canadian Outdoor Expo and at launch site on Pittock Lake.

The Corporate Sponsorship Package is $1000.00 plus GST and Exhibitors will receive a 25% discount on the package.
The event will be fi lmed by two camera crews. Interviews will take place on the water and at the registration meeting. The event will then be aired nationally on Prime (Global) about two weeks after the event.

This event is a high profile event which will provide an excellent opportunity to advertise your company.
Every corporate sponsor will be advertised in print media prior to the event and linked to the CFT website for the remainder of the year.

As mentioned earlier the highest bid above $1000.00 will have the honor of Walter Gretzky fi sh fro their sponsored boat. This boat will be featured within the event and television program. ALL money received above the standard Corporate Sponsorship Package will be donated to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

All boats will be dressed with signage on Friday in early afternoon at the Montanaís parking lot. Pros should arrive in a timely fashion as this will be a meticulous and time consuming task. Photos will be taken with Pro, VIP and Assistant at the Registration night meeting and on the water.

CFT ASSISTANTS
25 assistants will be provided by the Oxford County Bass Masters who will accompany the Pro and VIP. The onboard assistant will help with fish handling and equipment needs. Each assistant also has great knowledge of Pittock Lake and will be able to provide some tips when needed.

CORPORATE VIP/AMATEURS
These positions will be filled with individuals who are involved with some of the corporate supporters. They could be employees, family or friends. The entry fee is a minimum of $250.00 plus GST. The entire entry will be collected and placed within the final donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. VIPís will enjoy an intimate experience with one of Canadaís top Pro Anglers and learn fishing techniques and strategies while on the water. The VIP and Pro will fish as a team. Do not worry about equipment, the Pro will provide you with a rod and reel, and all the essential tackle. Just remember to bring sunglasses, rain suit, sun block and a valid fishing license.

This event is about learning, having fun and fishing with a heart on your sleeve.

One VIP spot will be reserved by Walter Gretzky, spokesperson of the Heart and Stroke Foundation. The highest corporate sponsor will have the honor of Walter Gretzky fi shing on their corporate decorated boat, wearing their clothing.
All VIPs will al receive special prize packages from CFT sponsors and any prizes provided by Corporate Sponsors for their attendance.

BIG FISH BIG HEART AWARD
This award will be presented to the angler who catches the longest pike of the tournament. The angler will receive half of the money collected at registration night. The remaining half will be placed in the donation pool.

All Canadian Fishing Tour rules will apply. The Pro angler and Assistant will ensure that the VIP understands and follows all rules applicable to this event.

The tournament will commence at 7:00am and fi nish at 3:00pm. All fish will be checked once boats have been returned to trailers. The fish will then be transported in live wells or coolers provided by the CFT for the final weigh-in at the Great Canadian Outdoor Expo, at the Ducks Unlimited Canada Farm Wetland Pond.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
The tournament format is a Pro Am in which the Pro fi shes with the VIP as a team for the entire event. 25 Teams are determined by draw prior to event.

The competitors will weigh in their heaviest fi ve pike caught and later released through the CFT Shimano Advanced Water Weigh-In Live Release System. Some fi sh will be tagged by members of Queen's University Fish Biology Department, headed by Dr. Bruce Tufts. The tagged fish will serve for valuable research in hopes of assisting this great fi shery.
