The CSFL will be releasing news soon about an upcoming Annual Special Event - the Extreme Bass Challenge (the XBC). This 100% pay back event will be open to teams, individual pros and amateurs. This event will take place Friday August 4 and Saturday August 5 on an in-land lake which offers opportunities to both the smallmouth and largemouth angler. With entries together with sponsor incentive payouts, the CSFL is looking at a first place prize of $100,000 in cash and a total purse exceeding $200,000. Stay tuned for the complete details which will include the payout structure.

Dunner - Andy's official release will be posted here soon. Vita promised me tonight that I'll have it soon. We chatted tonight about it over turkey dinner and it sounds like a helluva event.

Les - The event can be fished as a team event or as a Pro-Am. It's a great concept. I'll fill ya in soon.

Spike - The Lake has been choosen and will be announced next week with all the details.

    Take care
    Craig
