Cam Brownson of Angler & Hunter TV says that last year's Rick Amsbury event will air this coming weekend (April 12). The main station is Global Ontario at 7am, if you are on satellite you can catch the show as it airs across Canada on the different Global feeds at an assortment of times from 6 - 9:30am.
This year's event takes place Wednesday July 30 on Sturgeon out of Rivera Park. The field is limited to 50 boats this year and will only increase in increments of 10.

I believe there is a special deleted section with about 32 different camera angles to watch, they were taken from everybody's camera phones as the boat spiralled to its doom.
