The qualifier is to make the CBAF team that will compete in the U.S. through the FLW federation, similar to BASS Team Ontario.
Not sure of if there is a cost or paybacks?

As Tom mentioned the Rice Lake Qualifier will decide who goes to Lake Champlain in September to represent the Canadian Bass Anglers Fed. Our usual tournament entry fees and paybacks will apply.
The following years(2010) qaulifying for TEAM CBAF that goes to the States will be done through our Joint events that take place this year(2009). Based on finishes for Federation Angler of the Year Title.
