You will be asked at the meeting before the event to show a New York license (at least for the AMs). As Bob posted on the previous thread you can register without a NY license.

You can purchase a NY license online @ http://www.dec.ny.gov/permits/6101.html. You will receive a temporary one right away.

Can't get entry form to open so that I can read it and the rules or print it off. It will open another window when you click on the Entry Form but nothing comes up! Can you help!

wow the fees in the states for fishing licenses are crazy
