if you are launching out of smith falls on day three does that mean that you will not be able to fish the main lakes but only the rivers between the locks or are you allowed to lock to the lake

I assume all these questions will be answered at the meeting and that is what it is for is our questions. I cant wait to drop some lines as well but sometimes I do laugh at how impatient people are. Sorry, not flaming or being derogatory just saying, we all have questions, just wait and see from the officials what the answers are before everyone speculates or guesses.
